These screen grabs represent a tenth of the models I have produced in my time at Roblox (around 1200 total for the year 2012). I produced anywhere from 15-20 "hats" or "gear" a week.

All "hats and gear" models are:
Poly Count <1000 tris. 
Max res. 256px, with only 1 Diffuse channel (NO Alpha transparency)

Each model followed a different design, some depending on the season, and others on demand from the players. These screen grabs show the model with a "phong" shader within their engine.
